Julia Gillard has answered the questions that the Australian Christian Lobby (ACL) asked Kevin Rudd and Tony Abbott for their telecast.
PM Julia Gillard told the ACL that she saw a future for public funding of faith-based school chaplaincy beyond 2011. the ACL chief of staff, Lyle Shelton reports.
The PM also
• Reaffirmed her and Labor’s commitment to marriage for the life of a re-elected Gillard Government;
• Said she was concerned by the sexualisation of children through outdoor advertising and other media and reaffirmed her support for internet filtering at ISP level;
Jim Wallace of the ACL put the same questions to the PM that Rudd and Abbott had answered from church leaders in their earlier event which was webcast to a network of churches.
